This policy applies strictly to the use of the UCruise mobile application designed for internal transportation of employees of partnered organizations.

Vehicle and Driver Information (Drivers Only)

  • Real-time GPS location of the cab

Trip Information

  • Pick-up and drop-off times
  • Ride duration

Purpose of Data Collection

  • Internal Security Audits: Authorized internal audits conducted to improve service quality and safety
  • Emergency Situations: Limited information may be disclosed to emergency services in case of an accident or threat to life

Upon employee exit or driver contract termination, user data will be deleted or anonymized within 30 days unless otherwise required by law.

Since this is an organizational app, opting out of data collection may restrict access to essential services. Users may, however, raise concerns or opt-out of marketing messages or non-essential alerts.

Use of Cookies and Tracking Technologies

UCruise may use limited tracking technologies (such as cookies or analytics tools) to improve app performance and user experience. This does not involve any third-party ad tracking or profiling.

Children’s Privacy

UCruise is intended only for authorized adult users (employees and registered drivers). We do not knowingly collect or store data of individuals under the age of 18.

UCruise may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. All updates will be communicated through the App and the official communication channel of the organization. Continued use of the App after updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
